Some Colleges and Universities Need Your SAT Soon After You Early Apply
Students, please do your research!
If you send in your college application early, remember to also send the SAT scores early. It is very important that you research and find out if the college or university that you are applying for has this requirement. Failure to do so, will delay your application process.
To send the scores, please visit the College Board/ACT website and login to your account. Once there, make sure you find the link to send your scores and then follow the step by step information. They will ask you to choose the schools you are applying to and if you just took the ACT this past weekend, remember you have until tomorrow to choose up to 4 colleges to send your scores automatically for free. As for the College Board, they offer the same option to send them automatically, you can do this in order to save some money.
In both cases, you will not get to see your test scores before they are sent off the schools, but remember, that a college is looking for reasons to accept you and will not look poorly on your application if you did not get the highest test score this time around.
